- Maintaining the billing system
- Generating invoices and account statements
- Performing account reconciliations
- Maintaining accounts receivable files and records
- Producing monthly financial and management reports
- Investigating and resolving any irregularities or enquiries
- Assisting in general financial management and analysis
Requirements
- 2 to 3years of experience in a similar role
- Basic knowledge of accounting programs
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting
- Membership in the accountant syndicate.
- communication skills
- Good presentation and negotiable skills.
- Strong knowledge of problem-solving skills:
- Extensive knowledge and experience in production and competitors
