Job Description

Smart Gate Solutions (SGS) is hiring an experienced Chief Accountant to lead the company’s financial operations. This role will oversee all accounting activities, ensure accurate financial reporting, maintain compliance with local and international standards, and provide strategic financial insights to support the company’s business growth

Job Requirements

• Supervise daily accounting operations: A/P, A/R, payroll, general ledger, and bank reconciliations.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• Ensure accurate and timely closings and reporting cycles.
• Maintain full compliance with tax laws, VAT regulations, and IFRS standards.
• Prepare and manage the company’s annual budget and cash flow projections.
• Coordinate with auditors, tax authorities, and external consultants.
• Lead and mentor the accounting team, providing ongoing training and supervision.
• Analyze financial data and provide insights to management for decision-making.
• Support cost control, pricing strategies, and profitability analysis of services and projects.
• Improve internal controls and financial procedures to enhance operational efficiency.
