Job Description

We are hiring a seasoned Finance Manager / Senior Finance Manager to lead financial operations for a reputed industrial/manufacturing company in Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will be a Saudi National with a strong background in finance leadership, specifically within the Electrical Industry or similar sectors. This role requires strategic financial oversight, regulatory compliance, and strong technical expertise with ERP systems.

Responsibilities

·       Lead end-to-end financial operations, reporting, and compliance.

·       Manage budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning cycles.

·       Ensure SOCPA and IFRS adherence in all financial reporting.

·       Analyze financial performance and provide strategic insights.

·       Oversee implementation and utilization of SAP ERP (FI/CO modules).

·       Develop complex financial models and conduct valuation analysis.

·       Supervise audits, taxation, and regulatory submissions.

·       Maintain and improve internal control systems and processes.

·       Collaborate with executive management for strategic decisions.

·       Mentor and develop finance team members.
