Black & Grey HR is recruiting on behalf of a leading private investment holding company in Abu Dhabi, UAE. Our client is looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Accountant to join their finance team. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, ensuring compliance, and supporting the company's financial operations.Key Responsibilities: - Manage day-to-day accounting operations including journal entries, reconciliations, and financial reporting. - Prepare and maintain accurate financial records in compliance with UAE regulations and internal policies.- Handle accounts payable/receivable, and VAT filings.- Support procurement activities including vendor coordination, purchase order processing, and inventory tracking.- Perform PRO duties such as visa processing, labor card applications, Emirates ID renewals, and liaising with government entities.- Ensure timely submission of government-related documentation and maintain compliance with regulatory requirements.- Assist with internal and external audits by preparing necessary documentation and reports.- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth financial and administrative operations.- Maintain confidentiality and accuracy in all financial and government-related matters.Requirements- Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, or a related field. - Minimum 3 years of experience in accounting, preferably within the UAE.- Familiarity with UAE labor laws, visa processes, and government portals.- Experience in procurement or supply chain functions is a plus.- Proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite.- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.- Ability to manage multiple responsibilities and meet deadlines.Benefits- Competitive Salary + Benefits

المهارات
