1. Invoice Verification and Entry:
   • Verify and record both local and imported invoices in the system for all incoming materials.
2. Production Order Material Distribution:
   • Ensure timely distribution of materials based on workshop production orders.
   • Monitor real-time material consumption and system updates.
3. Export Invoice Coordination:
   • Follow up with relevant departments to ensure accurate and timely issuance of export invoices.
4. Internal Sales Invoice Follow-up:
   • Coordinate with the sales and finance teams to issue invoices for intercompany sales.
5. Workshop Material Monitoring:
   • Track material usage in workshops to ensure availability and avoid disruptions in operations.
6. Safety and Consumables Inventory Monitoring:
   • Monitor the stock levels of spare parts, labor protection items, and workshop consumables.
   • Ensure safety stock thresholds are maintained at all times.
7. Material System Distribution & Exception Handling:
   • Monitor system-based material transactions.
   • Identify and resolve any discrepancies or distribution exceptions.
8. Monthly Inventory Closing:
   • Conduct end-of-month material inventory counts.
   • Reconcile system data with physical stock and report any variances.
9. Stagnant Material Notification:
   • Identify and notify relevant departments of stagnant or non-moving stock for resolution or clearance.
10. Finished Product and Material Safety:

• Monitor finished goods inventory and ensure material safety in storage conditions.

1. Scrap Material Monitoring:

• Track and report scrap material generation and sales activities in line with factory standards.

Language:Proficient in English (spoken and written).Experience:2–3 years of hands-on experience in workshop or warehouse operations.Material Handling Knowledge:Strong understanding of material receipt, dispatch, and physical storage processes.System Skills:Familiar with stock and material processing systems (e.g., ERP, WMS).Soft Skills:High sense of responsibility and excellent execution ability.Strong organizational and follow-up capabilities.
