Job Description

• Assisting in the planning and scoping of internal audit, governance, risk, and oversight (GRO) engagements

  
  

• Executing internal audit and GRO fieldwork in line with professional standards and client expectations

  
  

• Supporting the supervision and guidance of consultants and junior team members during engagements

  
  

• Preparing and reviewing audit workpapers and contributing to the development of client deliverables

  
  

• Assisting in the preparation of audit proposals, presentations, and other client-facing documents

  
  

• Maintaining effective communication and working relationships with client stakeholders

  
  

• Providing coaching and support to junior staff, promoting knowledge sharing and skill development

  
  

• Contributing to the professional growth of consultants through feedback and on-the-job mentoring

  
  

Qualifications

• Qualification as Certified Internal Auditor (CIA), Chartered Accountant (CA) or Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA) will be a distinct advantage
• At least 3 years of internal audit and/or GRO experience
• Experience in auditing business processes and controls
• Computer Literate (MS Office Suite)
• Knowledge of internal audit methodologies
