Job Title: General Accountant

Applicants must be located in Dubai to apply for this position.

Work Location: UAE - Dubai

Office Timings: 10AM - 5PM, Monday - Saturday

About the Opportunity:

We have an interesting job opportunity with one of our shipping clients who require an Accountant to join their team in Dubai. The ideal candidate would be responsible for managing day-to-day accounting operations, ensure accurate financial reporting, and support the organization's financial health and have a strong understanding of accounting principles, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to work independently and collaboratively.

Required Profile:

Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.

Monitor and manage accounts payable and receivable.

Communication

Key Responsibilities:

Minimum 3 years of experience in accountancyMinimum 3 years of experience in shipping companiesPrepare VAT and other tax filings as required.Analyze financial data and provide insights to management.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting.
