Kinetic has partnered with a leading Medical Device company who are hiring a Finance Director to be based in Dubai.

The main responsibilities will include but not limited to:

• Develop and execute financial strategies to meet company goals and objectives across the assigned region.
• Perform financial reporting, analysis, forecasting, and budgeting.
• Advice on the financial implications of the company’s operation.
• Responsible for reviewing financial business cases on investments and resource allocation.
• Playing a key role in the continued development of FP&A deliverables.
• Analysing and reporting the financial results of periodic operations, including product and country revenues & profitability.
• Ensuring the integrity of internal financial controls in compliance with regulatory standards and company policy and procedures.

المهارات

To be successful you will need to meet the following:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in a senior finance role.
• Big 4 Accounting firm experience is a must.
• Excellent planning, forecasting, analysis skills, and P&L Management.
• Strong understanding of financial regulations and compliance requirements.
