The Accountant position in the real estate sector in Kuwait is a critical role that involves managing financial records, ensuring compliance with regulations, and providing insightful financial analysis to support business decisions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting principles, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. This role is essential for maintaining the financial health of the organization and supporting its growth in the competitive real estate market.

Responsibilities:

  1. Prepare and maintain accurate financial statements and reports.
  2. Manage accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely processing of invoices and payments.
  3. Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies.
