Job Description

we are hiring a Support Consultant with a strong accounting background or accountants who want to change careers to ERP Consultancy with the required skills. The ERP Support Consultant will provide support to clients in the system. They will troubleshoot issues and develop custom reports and solutions. As an ERP Support Consultant, you will work closely with other development and implementation team.

Responsibilities:
Respond to clients' problems via helpdesk tickets and other communication channels, assign them to the expert, and follow up with them until they are solved.
Must track, solve and report support issues and recommend solutions.
Collaborate with functional & technical consultants to resolve complex issues.
Deliver accounting & bookkeeping services.
Must deeply understand how our ERP system work and can configure them to meet a client's needs.

Job Requirements

BSc in Accounting, Finance or relevant degree
Work experience as an Accountant
Good command of English and strong computer skills.
General understanding of Operating Systems and Database.
Excellent knowledge of accounting regulations and procedures.
MS office & Ai skills 
Must have a knowledge of ERP systems.
Preferred to have previous ERP Support and implementation experience.
Strong negotiation, persuasion skills and presentable.
Excellent Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
