Job Description

• Prepare various financial analysis related to manufacturing costs, inventory, and expense
• Controlling and review the cost for the current and new BOM according to the company policy
• Analysis actual production costs and prepares periodic reports comparing standard costs to actual production costs. 
• Monthly presentation showing the financial result for factories
• Represent Finance/Accounting on teams designed to improve operations, reduce costs, etc
• Calculate the cost of materials for current & new product (Packaging materials & raw materials & scrap)
• Review factory job orders closed & make sure that its correctly closed Assisting in month end close of the general ledger
• Review inventory receiving & inventory movement & inventory transfer
• Review purchase order (raw materials cost – payment terms – quantity) 
• Participation in Monthly & annual physical count (factories & warehouses & regions)
• Prepare Factory Study Machines rate to achieve the rate per hour for each Work center [Labor rate & MOH rate] & Continuous Follow products process
• Daily follow-up factories (Batch Orders – Materials issue – Recipe)
• Preparing production, sales data base & inventory data base and Preparing Local cost Studies & BCG

Job RequirementsMinimum Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in finance/accounting or any equivalent major. Minimum Experience:3 – 5 years of experience .Job specific Skills:Excellent leadership skillsVery Good in EnglishExpertise in data analytics.Excellent communication skillsExcellent computer skills
