Job Description

• Oversee financial reporting, accounting operations, and statutory compliance

• Consolidate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements

• Coordinate closely with FP&A team for budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis

• Ensure effective internal controls, accounting policies, and audit readiness

• Monitor cash flow, working capital, and intercompany transactions

• Liaise with external auditors, tax advisors, and regulatory bodies

• Supervise accounting team leaders and support professional development

• Collaborate with IT and ERP support teams to optimize system workflows

• Ensure timely close cycles and adherence to group reporting deadlines

Requirements

• 8-12 years of progressive experience in accounting and finance

• At least 3-5 years in a finance leadership role

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field

• CPA, CMA, or equivalent professional certification preferred

• Strong technical knowledge of IFRS and tax regulations

• Advanced Excel and ERP experience (Microsoft Business Central preferred)

• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
