Description
• Handle data entry and maintain financial records.
• Assist in preparing financial reports.
• Conduct bank reconciliations.
• Process invoices and manage accounts payable/receivable.
• Support budget preparation.
• Maintain general ledger accounts.
• Prepare journal entries and adjustments.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations.
• Support senior accounting staff with various tasks.
Skills
• Strong understanding of basic accounting principles.
• Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Excel).
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good organizational and time management skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Knowledge of financial regulations and compliance.
• Ability to handle confidential information.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks.
Essential Educational Background & Experience:
• BA or Certificate of Accounting from an Accredited Institution.
• Entry level of work-related skill, knowledge, and/or experience is needed for these occupations.
• Possesses accounting knowledge as per the Lebanese law, Accounting Law, Labor Law, etc.
• Intermediate knowledge in Microsoft Office.
• Fluent in English and Arabic
