Envision Employment Solutions is currently hiring a Senior Financial Analyst on behalf of one of our partners, a European leader in the solar energy sector.

About the Role:

Do you transform complex data into clear, strategic insights? Are you passionate about enhancing supply chain performance through smart analysis and powerful tools? This role is perfect for someone who thrives in cross-functional collaboration, is highly analytical, and communicates effectively with senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

• Analyze supply chain and financial data using SQL, Excel, and BI tools
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and performance modeling initiatives
• Deliver actionable insights and reporting to support key decisions by operations leadership
• Optimize financial systems, dashboards, and reporting workflows for scalability and clarity
• Engage in cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management across finance and operations

Requirements

• Fluent in English (C1 level required.
• German language is a plus.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
• 5+ years of experience in financial analysis, including 1-2 years in a consulting environment
• Strong command of SQL, advanced Excel (including modeling, dashboards, and complex functions), and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau)
• Proven ability to work cross-functionally and manage key stakeholders
• Analytical, proactive, and improvement-driven mindset
