:Wanted Senior Accountant:

we are "Brilliant Cleaning services company" having 100+ clients in cleaners deployment. we are currently looking for the senior lever accountant for the best operation.

Role: Senior Accountant
Salary : 3,000 to 4,000 AED
Visa : 2 years Employment visa

Responsibility :

• Preparing financial Documents P/L Account, Balance Sheet and reporting to Auditor and Management whenever required.
• Preparing daily banking transaction report to MD on every month ends.
• Follow up the AMC & Special Team Payment.
• Update the SOA to Clients through email and follow up the payments on time.
• Plan and schedule the Payable to the Vendors.
• PDC Monitoring and cheque Honour
• Bank Reconciliation statement.
• Verifying the Payroll and upload the SIF file to “ Edenred Portal “
• Prepare the VAT filling and external auditing for year-end closing.
• Posting Voucher entries ( Receipts & Payments )
• Verify the prepared sales invoices for the operation manger’s approval.
