Damen Shipyards Group is established in 1927 and is a 100% Dutch family-owned international group of companies which operates 34 shipbuilding and repair yards, employing 10,000 people worldwide from a divisional structure with 7 divisions and a holding.

Damen Middle East Shared Services located in UAE is part of Damen Global Support provides support services for the divisions of Damen Shipyards Group in the areas of various expertise like Finance, Audit, Legal and Compliance.

Qualification Semi Qualified auditor with 2 yrs in UAE ADGM companies

The Role

Within the Finance department, we are looking for a Senior Accountant having 2-5 years of UAE ADGM experience.

You will be responsible for preparing all internal and external financial reporting, cash flow planning, budgets, and conducting various financial analyses.

Key Accountabilities

• Monthly closing of the accounts & preparation of financial statements
• Responsible for external & Internal audits of entity
• Collaborating with Finance Manager and Group Finance.
• Having knowledge of conducting Internal Audits
