Key Responsibilities:
• Assist in maintaining accurate financial records, including ledgers, journals, and bank statements.
• Support accounts payable and receivable functions by processing invoices and receipts.
• Prepare and reconcile daily, weekly, and monthly financial reports.
• Assist in managing company budgets and monitoring expenses.
• Help with VAT filing and ensure compliance with UAE financial regulations.
• Maintain organized documentation for audits and internal reviews.
• Coordinate with vendors and clients regarding payments and billing queries.
• Provide general administrative support to the finance department as required.
Requirements:
• Bachelor s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 1 2 years of experience in a finance or accounting support role.
• Basic knowledge of accounting principles and UAE tax regulations.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software (e.g., Tally, QuickBooks, Zoho Books).
• Strong numerical accuracy, attention to detail, and organizational skills.
• Good communication skills and a proactive attitude.
• Ability to handle sensitive financial information confidentially.
