Employment: Full Time

About Company & Role Purpose
The Head Accountant is responsible for overseeing all accounting operations, ensuring accurate financial reporting, and maintaining compliance with regulations.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES, ACCOUNTABILITIES AND ACTIVITIES
General
Lead and supervise daily accounting operations (AP, AR, GL, Bank Reconciliation).
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
Ensure all transactions are accurately recorded and reported.
Handle external audits, financial controls, and compliance matters.
Oversee VAT, payroll, and other statutory filings.
Create financial reports, forecasts, and cash flow analyses.
Build internal systems and SOPs to automate financial reporting.
Collaborate with management to advise on cost control and profitability.

Requirements:

Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or related field; Master’s preferred.
CPA or equivalent professional qualification.
10 + years of accounting experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
Skills
Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and Microsoft Excel.
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
