The Junior Accountant will support the Finance and Accounting team in managing daily accounting tasks. The role is essential for maintaining accurate financial records, assisting in reporting, supporting audits, and ensuring compliance with internal processes and external regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Record daily financial transactions in the accounting system accurately and timely.
• Prepare journal entries and assist with month-end and year-end closing processes.
• Reconcile bank statements and other accounts regularly.
• Assist in preparing financial statements, reports, and supporting documentation.
• Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions, including invoice verification, posting, and payment follow-up.
• Maintain orderly financial filing systems, both electronic and physical.
• Support the preparation of tax filings and compliance reporting.
• Help monitor and track budgets and expenditures as needed.
• Assist with audits by providing supporting documentation and schedules.
• Perform other finance and administrative tasks as required by the Senior Accountant or Finance Manager.

Qualifications:Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.Experience: 1–4 years of experience in an accounting or finance role (internships or training considered an advantage).Technical Skills:Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and optionally accounting software Basic understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.Language: Proficient in written and spoken Arabic and English.Key Competencies and Attributes:Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy.Good organizational and time management skills.Ability to handle confidential information responsibly.Eagerness to learn and develop professionally.Proactive, reliable, and collaborative mindset.
