We are a leading delivery company based in Kuwait, specializing in consumable order deliveries. We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Accountant to join our growing finance team.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle daily accounting operations, including Accounts Payable (A/P), Accounts Receivable (A/R), general ledger entries, and reconciliations

Prepare accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports

Audit daily cash collections and monitor cash flow, budgeting, and forecas

ting

Review and record employee-related expenses on a monthly basis

Conduct bank reconciliations and periodic ledger reviews

Monitor and verify petty cash and cash movements

Ensure compliance with internal controls and cash handling procedures

Assist in preparing monthly financial statements, including:

Income Statement

Statement of Financial Position

Cash Flow Statement

Assist in the preparation of the annual budget

Liaise with internal departments, external auditors, and clients as needed

Candidate Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance

Minimum of 5 years' experience in a similar accounting role

Proficient in accounting software (e.g., Odoo, QuickBooks) and Microsoft Excel

Strong understanding of financial reporting standards and accounting principles

Experience in the delivery, logistics is preferred

Highly detail-oriented, organized, and able to meet tight deadlines

Fluency in English is a plus
