The Financial Controller is managing daily financial operations, reporting, compliance, and team supervision. Minimum 5 years of experience in hotel accounting, with solid system knowledge and leadership skills
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the preparation of financial statements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.
- Develop and manage the annual budget, monitoring variances and providing insights for corrective actions.
- Conduct regular financial analysis to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
- Ensure compliance with tax regulations and manage the company's tax filings and audits.
- Implement and maintain robust internal controls to safeguard company assets and ensure financial integrity.
- Collaborate with department heads to provide financial guidance and support for strategic initiatives.
- Prepare and present financial reports to senior management and the board of directors.
- Lead the finance team, providing mentorship and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
- Manage cash flow and optimize working capital to ensure the company's financial stability.
- Stay updated on industry trends and changes in financial regulations that may impact the organization.

المهارات
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial systems (Opera, Sun, FMC).
