الوصف الوظيفي

• Oversee financial and accounting operations while ensuring full compliance with legal and regulatory requirements
• Manage and oversee daily accounting functions including month-end/year-end closing, accounts payable/receivable, general ledger, treasury, budgeting, cash forecasting, variance analysis, asset reconciliations, check runs, fixed assets, and debt activity
• Prepare and present monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in line with Egyptian Accounting Standards (EAS) and IFRS
• Ensure compliance with all Egyptian tax laws including income tax, VAT, and customs duties, especially for machinery imports/exports
• Lead the annual budgeting process and periodic forecasting activities
• Manage all financial aspects related to import/export documentation and taxation for machinery and spare parts
• Provide financial insights to support strategic decisions around pricing, investments, and business expansion
• Monitor and analyze accounting data to produce financial reports and insights
• Establish and maintain proper accounting policies, procedures, and internal controls
• Coordinate annual external audits and ensure audit readiness
• Maintain accurate financial documentation and transaction records
• Achieve financial reporting goals and uphold transparency across reports

Requirements

• BSc in Accounting or Finance from a reputable university
• Minimum 10 years of experience as an Accounting Manager in companies engaged in import/export and after-sales services
• Proficient in MS Office, accounting software like Odoo or SAP, and capable of handling large datasets
• Excellent command of English, strong numerical and analytical abilities, and deep knowledge of Egyptian tax law and financial reporting in both Arabic and English
• CMA or IFRS certification is a plus
• Must be a resident of Obour City or nearby areas
