Envision Employment Solutions is currently hiring a Senior Financial Analyst on behalf of one of our partners, a European leader in the solar energy sector.

About the Role:

Do you transform complex data into clear, strategic insights? Are you passionate about enhancing supply chain performance through smart analysis and powerful tools? This role is perfect for someone who thrives in cross-functional collaboration, is highly analytical, and communicates effectively with senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

• Financial & Operational Analysis
  • Analyze large datasets using tools such as SQL, Excel, Power BI or Tableau to track performance, spot trends, and identify opportunities within the supply chain.
  • Develop and maintain dashboards and KPIs that provide real-time insights to stakeholders across finance and operations.
• Budgeting, Forecasting & Modeling
  • Lead financial planning cycles (budgeting, rolling forecasts) for the supply chain organization, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Conduct variance analysis and scenario modeling to evaluate supply chain cost drivers and performance risks.
• Stakeholder Collaboration
  • Act as a finance partner to supply chain leadership, providing insights and recommendations based on data and financial analysis.
  • Support cross-functional initiatives such as working capital optimization, sourcing strategy, and operational efficiency.
• System & Process Optimization
  • Drive continuous improvement of reporting processes and tools, leveraging your ERP experience (MS Dynamics) to streamline data flows.
  • Collaborate with data engineering and BI teams to automate financial data pipelines and enhance reporting capabilities.

Requirements

• Fluent in English (C1 level required).
• German language is a plus.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
• 5+ years of experience in financial analysis, including 1-2 years in a consulting environment
• Strong command of SQL, advanced Excel (including modeling, dashboards, and complex functions), and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau)
• Proven ability to work cross-functionally and manage key stakeholders
• Analytical, proactive, and improvement-driven mindset
