We are a growing tourism and chauffeur services company based in Dubai, committed to providing high-quality, professional, and reliable transport experiences to our clients. As we expand, we are looking for a dedicated Accountant to join our team and manage our financial operations.

Key Responsibilities:
• Manage day-to-day accounting operations, including accounts payable/receivable, general ledger, and bank reconciliations
• Maintain accurate records of financial transactions
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
• Handle VAT filings and ensure compliance with UAE tax laws
• Manage payroll processing and employee reimbursements
• Monitor cash flow and forecast financial trends
• Coordinate with auditors, external accountants, and regulatory bodies when needed
• Oversee invoicing for chauffeur services and track outstanding payments
• Keep records organized for quick reference and easy audits

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• Minimum 2-3 years of accounting experience in the UAE (experience in tourism or transport industry is a plus)
• Strong knowledge of UAE VAT regulations
• Proficient in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Tally, Zoho Books, etc.)
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel
• Good communication skills in English (Hindi/Urdu is a plus not mandatory)
• Attention to detail and ability to work independently
