Rawaj-HCM, a leading player in the Human Capital Management sector, is actively seeking a seasoned Senior Accountant to join our internal team and contribute their expertise to support our operations and growth across the MENA region.

Key Accountabilities:

• Performing monthly and quarterly account reconciliations to ensure the accuracy of financial data
• Reviewing the general ledger, including recording daily financial transactions
• Review the bank reconciliations and contact the bank if there are any issues
• Follow up with the clients for the overdue
• Assisting with internal and external audits, providing necessary documentation and information
• Preparing tax return sheets (VAT, Payroll, Withholding) and ensuring compliance with tax regulations
• Updated with the insurance and payroll tax calculation
• Review the trial balance and ensure all transactions are recorded
• Supervise junior accountant/s or accounting staff
• Ensuring compliance with accounting standards, regulations, and internal policies
• Preparing financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements

Knowledge, Skills, and Experience:

• A bachelor's degree in accounting or finance is typically required
• About 5-7 years of experience in accounting, with 2 years in a senior role
• Proficiency in Odoo software
• Excellent user of Microsoft Excel
• Preferred a knowledge of KSA tax law
