Job description

​AVC-backed fintech startuppreparing to scale across investment platforms, tokenized assets, and private markets. Backed by global investors and ex-bankers, they're targeting hypergrowth across the GCC and beyond.

Experience Required:

• 5–8 years in financial leadership at a startup or high-growth tech firm.

  
  

• Prior ownership of board-level reporting, cash flow forecasting, and audits.

  
  

• Built finance infrastructure from scratch (ERP setup, investor decks, budgeting).

  
  

Technical Abilities:

• Advanced Excel, QuickBooks/Xero, and FP&A tools.

  
  

• Strong command of IFRS, reporting structures, and financial automation.

  
  

• Experience working with founders, legal, and tax advisors.
