The Accountant analyzes the past financial performance to predict future performance and to

advise the company on its financial strategy.

Key Commitment

• Adhere to company policy and reporting system as required by direct manager.

• Report any non-compliance operations.

• Commit to save cost and work towards company’s interest in every possible operation.

• Maintenance of confidential information.

Duties and Essential Job Functions

• Handle all stock auditing process

• Prepare financial reports as required

• Assist in development of financial plans and reports for organizational leaders.

• Keep track of capital expenditures and depreciation.

• Performs duties related to Insurance including Policies maintenance and claims process.

• Maintains database by entering, verifying, and backing up data.

• Recommends actions by analyzing and interpreting data and making comparative

analyses; studying proposed changes in methods and materials.

• Increases productivity by developing automated accounting applications; coordinating

information requirements. Develops automated reporting and forecasting tools for more

efficient use of data.

• Protects operations by keeping financial information confidential.

• Performs other related duties as assigned.

Minimum Job Requirements

Required Skills/Abilities:

 Thorough understanding of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP).

 High proficiency in financial modeling techniques.

 Strong fluency with Excel formulas and functions.

 Strong analytical and data gathering skills.

المهارات

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Chartered Accountant and related courses.

 2 years’ experience in auditing/accounting jobs.

KPI’S

 Preparation of GRS for spare parts department on time

 Maintain proper recording, accounting and tagging of fixed assets

 Maintain proper record of SPD Warranty claims and follow with workshop for delay in

getting the credit notes.

 Maintain Proper record of Insurance claims.

 Compliance with accounting policies and procedures and strict adherence to internal

control systems and procedures.

 Confidentiality of sensitive information.
