Job Description

About the Role

We’re hiring a detail-oriented and dependable Accountant to join our growing team at LavaLoon. The ideal candidate will manage financial records, support audits, and ensure accurate and timely reporting in line with Egyptian financial regulations.

Key Responsibilities

• Record and reconcile financial transactions and expenses
• Prepare financial statements, reports, and balance sheets
• Monitor accounts payable and receivable
• Assist with monthly, quarterly, and annual closings
• Collaborate with internal departments on budget tracking
• Ensure compliance with local accounting and tax laws
• Support external audits and maintain proper documentation

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or a related field
• 3–5 years of experience in accounting roles
• Familiarity with Egyptian payroll and tax systems
• Strong Excel and data entry skills
• Experience with ERP/accounting software
• High attention to detail and analytical thinking
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
