We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Administrative / Accountant Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will support daily office operations and assist with financial tasks to ensure efficiency and accuracy in the workplace.
Key Responsibilities:
1- Perform general administrative duties (filing, data entry, handling phone calls and emails)
2- Assist with bookkeeping and financial record-keeping
3- Prepare and process invoices, receipts, and payment reports
4- Support payroll and expense reporting
5- Help maintain accurate and organized accounting records
6- Coordinate office supplies and manage scheduling when needed
7- VAT and tax filing
Requirements:
1- Proven experience in administrative and/or accounting roles
2- Knowledge of accounting software and Microsoft office
3- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
4- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
5- A diploma or degree in accounting, finance, or a related field is a plus
