Job Description

• Oversee the daily operations of the bookkeeping department
• Supervise and guide bookkeepers in their tasks and responsibilities
• Review and verify financial statements and records for accuracy
• Manage accounts payable and receivable processes
• Ensure compliance with accounting principles and company policies
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
• Conduct regular audits to identify and rectify discrepancies
• Coordinate with others to obtain and provide financial data
• Train and mentor new bookkeeping staff
• Facilitate the implementation of new financial systems and software
• Monitor cash flow and financial transactions
• Resolve accounting issues and discrepancies in a timely manner
• Develop and maintain internal controls to prevent fraud and errors
• Assist in budget preparation and financial planning
• Liaise with external auditors during audits

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting.
• ( IFRS certificate , CMA Certificate ) is prefer.
• Ability to multi-task and manage multiple client engagements simultaneously;
• More than 8 years of experience in bookkeeping or accounting
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Proven track record of supervision and team leadership
• Familiarity with regulatory requirements and best practices in bookkeeping
• Experience in handling tax filing.
• Attention to detail and high degree of accuracy
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines
• Solid understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting
