As an Accountant, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of financial data. Your responsibilities will encompass managing accounts payable and receivable, reconciling financial discrepancies, preparing financial reports, and supporting the auditing process. You will collaborate closely with other teams to facilitate smooth financial operations and provide timely insights to management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day accounting operations including ledger management, recording financial transactions, and maintaining accurate financial records.
• Create and process invoices, track payments, and manage collections for accounts receivable.
• Oversee accounts payable functions, ensuring timely vendor payments and expense management.
• Assist in the preparation of monthly and annual financial statements and reports.
• Coordinate with external auditors during the audit process and provide necessary financial documentation.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.
• Participate in budgeting and forecasting activities.
• Support financial planning initiatives and ad-hoc financial analysis.

Requirements

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

• Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in accounting or financial analysis.

• Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office, particularly Excel.

• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

• Knowledge of tax regulations and financial reporting standards is a plus.
