Key Responsibilities
1. Stock & Inventory Management

Refill shelves with products, ensuring proper display and FIFO (First In, First Out) rotation.

Check product expiry dates and remove outdated/damaged stock.

Report low-stock items and assist with stockroom organization.

2. Customer Service

Assist customers in locating items and provide product information.

Offer recommendations or alternatives when items are unavailable.

Maintain a polite, approachable, and helpful attitude.

3. Store Upkeep

Keep shelves, aisles, and display areas clean, tidy, and hazard-free.

Assist in unloading deliveries and organizing stock in storage.

Help cashiers during busy hours with bagging or packing.

4. Inventory Control

Assist with periodic stock audits and inventory counts.

Accurately report discrepancies or missing items.

Support the store team in preparing stock reports.

Required Skills & Competencies
Physically fit to manage lifting and moving stock.

Attention to detail in product labeling and arrangement.

Good communication and customer-handling skills.


KPI ,

Shelf Accuracy: No expired or misplaced products.

Replenishment Speed: Shelves restocked within 1 hour of stock arrival.

Cleanliness Standards: Zero customer complaints regarding store hygiene.

Customer Interaction: Positive feedback from in-store customers.
