About the Role:

We’re looking for a proactive and detail-oriented General Accountant to join our finance team. In this role, you will handle a variety of accounting and bookkeeping responsibilities, support our finance operations, and contribute to the overall accuracy of financial reporting. This position is a great fit for someone with solid accounting experience, strong Excel skills, and a hands-on approach—especially within a dynamic, international environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and maintain accurate general ledger entries and reconciliations
• Support bookkeeping and financial record-keeping activities
• Collect and organize invoices; ensure accuracy and completeness before processing
• Input and reconcile transactions in Odoo ERP system
• Consolidate financial data and assist in monthly and quarterly closings
• Monitor expense categories and ensure proper documentation
• Generate financial reports and analysis as needed
• Use advanced Excel functions (e.g., pivot tables, formulas, VLOOKUP) to manage data
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth finance workflows

Requirements:2–3 years of experience in accounting or a related finance roleSolid understanding of accounting principles (IFRS knowledge is a plus)Strong proficiency in Microsoft ExcelExperience with Odoo or any other ERP system is a strong advantageHigh attention to detail and accuracyStrong organizational and communication skillsFluency in English (written and spoken)
