Raya Smart Buildings: one of Raya's subsidiaries is hiring Accounts Receivable Accountant in Sheikh-Zayed City
- Assist in monitoring and managing the accounts receivable aging report to identify overdue accounts.
- Communicate with clients via phone and email to follow up on outstanding invoices.
- Document all communications and maintain accurate records of collection activities.
- Assist in receiving customer checks.
- Review and organize all AR contracts to validate and coordinate with the AR/Finance Team.
- Assist in handling billing discrepancies and customer inquiries.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, collection process, and applicable legal regulations.
- Communicate with clients for the collection of WHT certificates.
- Assist in process improvement initiatives related to receivables management
- Support month-end and year-end closing processes by reconciling receivables

Skills
- From 0 to 1 years of experience in accounting job
- Bachelor's degree from Faculty of Commerce - Accounting section
- Attention to detail with excellent organizational skills
- Numerical skills
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Basic understanding of financial statements and accounting principles
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel
- Proficient English language skills
