Job Summary:
The Director of Finance is responsible for overseeing all financial activities of the organization, providing strategic financial guidance to senior management, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations.

Job Responsibility:
- Develop and implement financial strategies, plans, and processes to support the organization's goals.
- Monitor the financial health of the organization by analyzing financial statements, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
- Manage financial risks, investments, and cash flow to optimize the organization's financial performance.
- Lead the finance team in day-to-day operations, including payables, receivables, payroll, and financial reporting.
- Collaborate with other departments to provide financial insights and support decision-making.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.

Candidate Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; MBA or CPA preferred.
- Proven experience in a senior financial management role, preferably as a Director of Finance.
- Strong financial acumen, analytical skills, and strategic thinking.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Knowledge of financial regulations, reporting requirements, and best practices.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
