الوصف الوظيفي
Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day accounting operations (bookkeeping, invoicing, payroll, and reconciliations).
- Prepare financial statements, reports, and VAT filings in compliance with UAE regulations.
- Monitor cash flow, expenses, and budgets.
- Handle accounts payable/receivable and maintain accurate records.
- Assist with inventory management and cost tracking.
- Ensure compliance with Islamic financial principles (preferred but not mandatory).
المهارات
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of accounting experience (retail/bookshop experience a plus).
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Tally) and MS Excel.
- Knowledge of UAE VAT laws and financial regulations.
- Strong organizational and analytical skills.
- Fluency in English (Arabic proficiency is an advantage).
- Trustworthy with high integrity.
