✅ Prepare and maintain financial statements, reconciliations, payroll, and reports

✅ Analyze financial data and provide insights to enhance decision-making

✅ Ensure compliance with local and international accounting regulations (IFRS/GAAP)

✅ Collaborate with the finance team to support budgeting and forecasting efforts

✅ Assist in preparing for audits, tax filings, and compliance documentation

✅ Contribute to process improvements and the implementation of best practices in accountingRequirements➡️ University Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is required (Master’s preferred)➡️ At least 3 years of accounting experience, especially in a BPO or international business setting➡️ Fluent in English with excellent communication skills, both written and verbal➡️ Strong proficiency in accounting software (QuickBooks, Xero, or other relevant platforms)➡️ Familiarity with international accounting standards and practices➡️ Excellent analytical skills with a commitment to detail and accuracy➡️ Ability to work collaboratively in a multicultural team environment➡️ Problem-solving mindset and willingness to adapt to changing business needsBenefits🌟 Competitive Compensation: Commensurate with experience and above industry average
