Key Responsibilities:

·        Calculate COGS and analyze gross profit margins

·        Monitor inventory and consumption

·        Analyze variances between actual and theoretical costs

·        Prepare financial reports and support budgeting

·        Oversee daily accounting operations (AP, AR, payroll, audits)

·        Supervise junior accountants

Requirements:

·        Bachelor's in Accounting or Finance

·        2–3 years of experience as Chief Accountant

·        Strong in Excel and accounting systems

·        Fluent in Arabic & English

·        Previous experience in F&B industry is a must

·        Leadership experience is a plus
