Job Description

We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and experienced General Accountant to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing daily accounting tasks, maintaining accurate financial records, and supporting financial operations related to international shipping and export.

Key Responsibilities:

Record and reconcile daily transactions

Prepare financial reports, statements, and budgets

Monitor accounts payable and receivable

Assist with internal and external audits

Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies

Coordinate with operations and logistics teams regarding financial documentation

Handle bank reconciliations and petty cash management

Maintain accurate records for tax and insurance purposes

Job Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance

6-10 years of experience in accounting (preferably in logistics/shipping)

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software

Strong analytical and organizational skills

High attention to detail and accuracy

Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
