Are you a detail-oriented Accounts Executive ready to take on a vital role in our finance team? Super Cool Air Conditioning Trading LLC is looking for a junior accounting professional to manage our daily financial operations, with a focus on cash handling, payroll, and data management.

If you have a passion for numbers, a strong experience of Odoo ERP, and a commitment to accuracy, we want to hear from you!

What You'll Do:

• Manage Cash & Bank: Handle daily cash transactions and ensure all bank accounts are reconciled accurately.
• Maintain Records: Keep precise financial records and perform timely data entry using Odoo ERP.
• Process Payroll: Prepare and process monthly payroll, including attendance tracking and deductions, ensuring compliance with all statutory requirements under the WPS system.
• Support A/R: Assist with accounts receivable and manage invoice entries.
• Contribute to Reporting: Help Senior Accountant with monthly financial closings and reporting.

المهارات

• A Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in accounting and payroll.
• Proficiency in any ERP and Microsoft Excel is a must.
• Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
