Hiring Position: Finance Manager

Job Location: Office 505 - The Court Tower 2, Marasi Drive Street, Business Bay, Dubai, United Arab Emirates

Employment Type: Full Time

Working Hours: 9:00 am – 6:00 pm

Starting Salary: 12,500 AED – 20,000 AED

Are you passionate about the Hospitality Industry? We’re looking for a Finance Manager to join our growing team at Rooxe Food & Beverage.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage annual budgets, forecasts, and financial plans aligned with strategic goals.
• Analyze financial performance and prepare detailed reports to support decision-making.
• Monitor cash flow, investments, and risk management activities.
• Ensure accurate and timely monthly, quarterly, and year-end close processes.
• Coordinate with auditors and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal controls.
• Lead financial planning, cost analysis, and profitability improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align financial and operational strategies.
• Oversee accounts payable, receivable, payroll, and general ledger functions.
• Provide insights and recommendations to improve financial performance and operational efficiency.
• Utilize financial software and ERP systems to streamline reporting and analytics.

المهارات

Qualifications:

• 3 to 5 years of Financial Management experience in UAE, preferably within the Food and Beverage or Hospitality Sector.
• Proven track record in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning for restaurants.
• Good computer and MS Office skills, such as Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.
• Strong leadership and good communication skills, with the ability to collaborate.
• Detail-oriented and analytical with strong business acumen.
