A leading company in the sale of trucks and heavy equipment is looking for a professional accountant with hands-on experience in using Odoo ERP. The ideal candidate should have a comprehensive understanding of accounting cycles, inventory management, and warehouse operations, particularly in the field of truck spare parts.

The accountant will be responsible for organizing financial and accounting operations, conducting accurate cost analysis, and contributing to overall financial performance improvement, with the ability to lead the accounting team and work in a fast-growing, dynamic environment that requires strong focus, analytical thinking, and leadership skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Execute the full accounting documentation cycle (invoices, vouchers, journal entries, reports, etc.).
• Manage all financial operations using Odoo ERP.
• Monitor inventory movements and accurately link them to financial accounts.
• Supervise stocktaking processes, cost control, and inventory analysis.
• Analyze spare parts costs and connect them to sales performance.
• Prepare financial reports and follow up on accounts receivable and payable.
• Coordinate with relevant departments and lead the accounting team when needed.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in accounting.
• Practical experience in Odoo ERP(required).
• Solid understanding of warehouse and inventory operations.
• Fluent in both Arabic and English, written and spoken.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to make accurate financial decisions.
• Proven ability to manage and lead a team.
• Excellent leadership and administrative skills.
• Effective communication.

• Time management and task organization.
