The Accountant position in Khobar, Saudi Arabia, is a vital role within our organization, responsible for maintaining financial records, preparing financial statements, and ensuring compliance with regulations. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to accuracy. This role offers an opportunity to contribute to the financial health of the company while working in a dynamic and supportive environment.

Responsibilities:

  1. Prepare and maintain accurate financial records and reports.
  2. Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
  3. Assist in the preparation of budgets and forecasts.
  4. Conduct regular audits to ensure financial accuracy.
  5. Manage accounts payable and receivable processes.
  6. Provide financial analysis and insights to support decision-making.
  7. Collaborate with other departments to streamline financial processes.
  8. Assist in the preparation of tax returns and ensure timely submission.
  9. Monitor cash flow and prepare cash flow forecasts.
  10. Stay updated on industry trends and changes in financial regulations.

Preferred Candidate:

  1. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  2. Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
  3. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  4. Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
  5. Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
  6. Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks.
  7. Willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges.
  8. Professional certification (e.g., CPA or CMA) is a plus.
  9. Experience in the private sector is preferred.
  10. Knowledge of local tax laws and regulations.
