Position: Real Estate Accountant

Location: Dubai Investment Park 1, UAE

Role Type: Full-time, market competitive salary, immediate joining preferred

We are hiring a Real Estate Accountant to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of financial reporting, VAT, and commission tracking specific to the real estate sector.
Key Responsibilities:

Handle day-to-day accounting operations
Manage accounts payable/receivable, bank reconciliations
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
Track sales and leasing commissions
Payroll/WPS
Familiar with VAT rules, RERA, Corporate Tax and compliance
Support budgeting, forecasting, and audit requirements
Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
2+ years UAE experience, preferably in real estate
Strong knowledge of UAE taxation system, Audit support
Proficiency in accounting software (Tally) and Excel
Punctuality, attention to detail and ability to work under pressure
