Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

• To compile, develop and implement management reports including; bank facilities, receivables and payables, etc.
• To supervise and coordinate teams to track and verify financial activities.
• To confirm and verify all accountants reports, payments and receivables
• To guide, supervise and train the team of Accountants.
• To assist in preparation of annual budgets and related analysis
• To assist in the month end account closing activities
• To prepare financial reports for senior management review and analyze insurance coverage, taxes, real estate holdings and other Company assets
• To follow the progress of investments in order to make recommendations for the determination of optimum investment strategies
• To conduct comprehensive analyses of potential projects and quantify risk/return relationships.
• To analyze organizations debt load, arrange credit lines and make recommendations for structuring and refinancing alternatives with banks and other lending institutions
• To benchmark Company financial performance data and make recommendations
• To analyze financial information and forecast business, industry and economic conditions to support management in decisions.
• To ensure that the Company's procedures are applied to all audit activities.
• To ensure internal audits are conducted accurately as per international standards.
• To conduct random Cash Office Audits for cash and other cash related instruments.
• To represent the Company in legal financial disputes with suppliers and subcontractors as a witness by verifying data and documents.

Requirements:

• Bachelor degree in Accounting or Finance.
• Minimum 7 years of experience as a general accountant.
• Adherence to and compliance with the public safety rule.
• Maintain confidentiality of information in accordance with the non-disclosure policy.
• Take the utmost care and caution to prevent any dangers that may cause damage.
• Maintain safe work place.

Salary:
KWD 500 to 700 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
