We are currently looking for a Highly skilled Chief Accountant to join our team Immediately and take the lead on financial operations across multiple entities within our Group. This essential leadership role is responsible for ensuring the accuracy, transparency, and compliance of all financial processes, while maintaining strong internal controls and supporting strategic decision-making.

You’ll work closely with internal departments and external partners, covering a broad range of responsibilities including cash flow management, budgeting, audits, ERP optimization, and more. Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day accounting and financial operations for multiple entities

• Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting in line with local laws and company policies

• Manage treasury, payroll, accounts receivable/payable, and general ledger functions

• Prepare budgets, forecasts, and comprehensive financial analyses

• Coordinate internal and external audits and ensure audit readiness

• Strengthen internal controls and ensure full regulatory compliance

• Optimize and standardize ERP/accounting system usage across entities

• Handle intercompany reconciliations and financial transactions

• Liaise with external legal advisors and banking institutions

• Collaborate closely with senior management and cross-functional teams

Ideal Candidate Profile:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field

• 7–10 years of progressive accounting experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role

• Strong knowledge of IFRS, local tax laws, and compliance standards

• Proficiency in ERP systems and advanced Excel skills

• Excellent analytical skills, attention to detail, and organizational abilities

• Proven experience managing accounting across multiple entities

• Fluent in English; French is a plus
