Job Description

• Prepare, examine, and analyze accounting records, financial statements, and other financial reports to assess accuracy, completeness, and conformance to reporting and procedural standards.
• Manage daily accounting operations including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger entries specific to FMCG transactions.
• Reconcile bank statements and monitor cash flow to ensure sufficient liquidity for operational needs.
• Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for management review.
• Support the budgeting and forecasting process by providing accurate financial data and variance analysis.
• Coordinate with internal and external auditors during audits and implement recommendations for process improvements.
• Monitor inventory accounting and collaborate with warehouse teams to ensure accurate stock valuation.
• Maintain proper documentation and filing of financial records in accordance with company policies.
• Contribute to process optimization initiatives to enhance efficiency and accuracy in financial operations.

Job Requirements

• familiar with ERP Odoo is a MUST. 
• Experience with entering journal entries, preparing financial statements, and reconciling accounts.
• A high degree of accuracy in detail and analytical skills.
• Bachelor's degree in accounting.
• Other relevant skills, such as communication skills, problem-solving skills, or teamwork skills.
• Advanced user of Microsoft Office Excel.
• 2-3 years of proven experience in an accounting role, preferably within the FMCG or Food & Beverage sector.
•  Strong organizational and documentation skills.
