● Manage daily banking transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, and fund transfers.

● Reconcile bank statements with company records to ensure accuracy and resolve discrepancies.
● Prepare and process payments, including supplier invoices, payroll, and other financial obligations.

● Monitor and maintain accurate  of all banking activities and balances.

● Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting.
● Ensure compliance with internal controls, company policies, and relevant financial regulations.

● At least two years of experience working on Odoo system in the required specialization .

● Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance.● 2-5 years of experience in accounting, with a focus on banking operations.● Strong understanding of banking procedures, cash management, and reconciliation processes.● Proficiency in and Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.● Ability to analyze financial data and resolve discrepancies efficiently.● Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with  internal teams.● Demonstrated ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.● Knowledge of relevant financial regulations and compliance standards.
