Job Summary

Zetta Global is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Accountant to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing daily accounting operations supporting month-end and year-end close processes and ensuring compliance with internal controls and financial regulations.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare and maintain financial records reports and general ledgers.

Handle daily accounting transactions including AP AR bank reconciliations and journal entries.

Assist in preparing monthly quarterly and annual financial statements.

Support audits by providing necessary documentation and explanations.

Ensure compliance with local tax regulations and assist with tax filings.

Monitor and analyze accounting data to produce financial reports.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate financial reporting.

Requirements

• Bachelor s degree in Accounting or a related field.
  
• 4 years of experience in an accounting or finance role.
  
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.
  
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software (e.g. QuickBooks or similar).
  
• High attention to detail and organizational skills.
  
• Good communication skills in English and Arabic.
