Position: Full-Time Accountant

Location: Dubai, United Arab Emirates

Salary: AED 3,000 – 5,000 per month

Experience: Minimum 5+ years of accounting/auditing experience in the UAE

Job Description

We are hiring a detail-oriented and experienced Accountant to join our construction team in Dubai. The candidate should be capable of handling accounting tasks independently and reporting financial data accurately. This is a full-time position in a well-established construction firm.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily accounting entries and maintain accurate ledgers
• Perform monthly bank and cash reconciliations
• Prepare financial reports and statements for management review
• Oversee accounts payable and receivable
• Assist with budgeting and financial forecasting
• Ensure compliance with UAE VAT regulations and WPS payroll systems
• Coordinate with auditors and external consultants when required

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in accounting or auditing within the UAE
• Prior experience in the construction industry is preferred
• Proficiency in accounting software such as Tally, QuickBooks, or Zoho Books
• Strong knowledge of UAE accounting regulations
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
